The best salon by far! i've been all over rockwall looking for a salon the fits all my needs and i've finally found it. i can get all my services done in one trip (haircut, pedicure, massage & my eyelash extensions). They are also reasonably priced and not to hard to get in with. i highly recommend Jour to anyone in the area!
