We just love this restaurant and drive 55 minutes to eat dinner there.Hibachi is not our favorite ,but sushi...fantastic.
Service and atmosphere are outstanding and prices reasonable.
We strongly recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately it is not open on Sundays .
PS.New customers get always something extra for free.

I reserved a table for a date in March 2008. I was arranging a surprise for my girlfriend, and I was from out of town. They were great with recommending a florist, setting up flowers on the table, great service, AMAZING food. I had the Salmon, she had the chicken. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor.
It's right near the lake, so since it was a nice day, they had the front windows open with the breeze blowing in. Rockwall Harbor is only a short drive away for a relazing after dinner walk. We're saving this place for another special occasion.
Pros: Great food and service
Cons: It can get pretty busy, but it's worth it

I have been to this location twice now, the first was a saturday night at 9 PM. Me and my dining companion did not have to wait for a table. The server immediatly came and asked for our drink orders and I had questions about the alcohol drink menu they have so many choices, the waiter then gallantly informed me he will tell the bartener to make a perfect drink for me. He came back with a chocolate martini a perfectly mixed drink and choice! My dining partners soda never got fully empty and was refilled at every choice moment. I was very impressed. The black bean dip they bring with the wonderful salsa is very tasty as well. Another point i was very impressed with; after giving our food orders the meals arrived in litereally five minutes. Wow! For my meal I ordered chicken crispy tacos, outstanding!!! the chicken wasn't dry as it usually is at other resturaunts and full of flavor they give you a huge side of cheese to dress your tacos with. Also the rice is unique from other mexican places very good and fresh. My other experience was New years eve at 7:30 there was a 30 minute wait but once we got out table the food was once again out promptly.
Pros: Everything!! food and speedy service!!
Cons: On weekends there can be a wait

We found this restaurant way back and then we moved out here and it is a fixture in our lives... Hungry? want some Italian? This is your place... We have gotten some new restaurants as Rockwall continues to grow, but this is still the best Italian, hands down.
Luigis now includes 2 additional locations in Royse City and Quinlan.
cons: highway construction at hwy 205 and I-30 due to the new Rockwall mall and street widening... The food is still worth it.

A great place to dine in Rockwall. Get that Italian taste right here. The portion size of the meal is huge, hot and good. The entire family will love going here for an Italian night on the town. One of the best places to eat in Rockwall and in a good location right off I-30. So if you like Italian food this is the place.

The Cici's in Rockwall (located just off I-30) is a great buffet especially for parents wanting to go out to dinner after a long day at work but with little ones in tow. The buffet features quite a bit of items including all kinds of pizza you could ask for and pasta and a great salad bar. There is also a bit of dessert to top off your meal perfectly. A great location and a great price make this one of our kid’s favorite places to go. This restaurant has recently moved and greatly expanded their dining room capacity.

I would like to point out that this is a hit the spot kind of full tummy Restaurant! The service is quick, the employees are friendly and attentive. The corn bread and roles are delicious and come out nice and warm every time. A great family dine-in.
