Great Playgound (for the winter) 8/18/2008

Great playground. The only problem? It's WAY too hot during the summer. I know it's a tall order for a county park... but they ought to consider adding a canopy over parts of the playground and having more covered picnic areas adjacent to the playground. more

big park 9/22/2005

This is a nice park with lots to do. There's a huge lake that you can waterski, jetski, canoe, kayak or boat on. You can even bring a fishing pole and try catching something. There's a nice playground area with restrooms nearby. There are a few pavilions that you can rent for a party. more

nice park 8/18/2005

I went here for a child's birthday party a few months ago. It is nice. They have a new playground area and it's by a big pavilion and bathrooms. I noticed people jetskiing and waterskiing on the lake. I'm not sure if you can rent stuff, but if you have your own, I guess it's something you can do. There's also paths that you can ride your bike or jog/ walk on that follow along the lake. more

Lots to do here 8/14/2005

I'm not sure if it's every year, but the Renaissance Festival (for a fee) used to be there. This year they had a Father's Day event that was free(!). more
