They claim to beat anyone's price around if you sell them silver or gold - yeah, maybe that's because no one else is really around.\r It's a father, mother, and son operation. The ruse is to let the mother and/or son give you a horrible price, then, if you complain that you've been offered more elsewhere, the man comes out from the back with a more reasonable offer. The mother and son tried to question the authenticity of my gold, saying they didn't think it was 14K. But the old man said it was. Then he offered me 425 dollars. I said to give me a day or two to think about it, to which he said, "Well, don't take too long, or I'll take back my offer."\r I mailed my gold to an online place (they insure and pay postage). About a month ago I brought in my necklace with cross to have a new clasp put on. When I picked it up it did look nice and shiny, Didn't realize in 2 weeks it would look like it was in a fire. It turned so black so I brought it to another jewerly store in town and they re-polished it for me. I wastold that it was buffed so hard by Jerryland it took the protective coating off. This was given to me by my Parents for my 40th Birthday. Next time someone brings in something ask if they would like it polished first before you ruin it. Will only go back when i calm down to show you the Lovely work you don't do!!!!!! more

I walked in to Jerryland about 3 years ago and walked out with two beautiful unique pieces. My next visit I had left many pieces of jewlery that i had for years that were broken , but reluctant to leave at a jewlery store for repair. I felt so comfortable with Amy that I had left the jewlery with her and she had all my fine jewlery pieces repaired and looked like new. I had wanted a specific necklace and without my knowlege my husband searched many jewlery stores to surprise me and when he was unsuccessful he had told me where he had been, At that time I took him to Jerryland and told Amy what I wanted and she had her brother make it for me, and YES it was exactly what I wanted elegant and not over priced. I have also bought gifts for friends and family. more

I have been coming to Jerry Land's for about 14 years now and I am never disappointed! I absolutely LOVE Jerry Land Jewelers! They have made a few special order items that I was extremely pleased. They have repaired necklaces, earrings, rings, etc. and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for all your hard work William & Amy you guys are the best! more

I recently had the pleasure of having a piece of jewlery worked on at Jerry Land Jewelers. I was having my original engangment ring turned into a necklace for my 10th anniversery. The women who helped me (I believe she is a partial owner) was amazing. She could have steered me to a more expensive setting but instead she took out the time to really explore and see what my best option would be. What I really loved was her enthusiasm. She was just as excited as I was and it was genuine. I would not hesitate to shop in the future because their jewelery is classy, and unique (unlike those aweful chain stores in the mall) and the customer service is fantastic. PROS: Great selection, wonderful customer service, and location. CONS: None!!! more
