Jasin's Tv

I found Jasin's TV repair in the church directory, so I thought he would be reliable. Boy was I wrong. Starting June 27th I called him to come out to repair the speakers in my big screen tv. He came out and looked at, said he had to order the speakers (total of $105), he said for an additional $250 he could fix the color (which I thought was pretty good as it was). So I went ahead an paid him to fix the two tubes he said need repaired. The tv worked for two days, the totally blew. Every time I call him he responses by saying, he was going to call me later today or tomorrow. I have heard that about a half a dozen times. I am still waiting for him to repair the tv and to replace the speakers I paid him for 3 months ago. more

My Brother and I had a terrible experience with Jasin's TV. He said he could fix our 38"" High Definition TV last November and he took our $45.00 when he picked up the chassis but he didn't take the entire set. We figured he knew what he was doing, although it seemed odd to us. We continuously had to call him weekly/biweekly to find out the status of the work. He always had an excuse and would say just give me a few more days and if you do not hear from me by a certain day we were to call him a few days later. This went on for over 6 months until my Brother demanded that his part be returned. On top of that he was rude to me one time and I never, ever was rude to him. I would say I'm a patient person. We finally got the part back on Monday, May 5th. We have found a reliable and sincere place to fix it. Do not use his service as he is not honest. We will pursue getting compensated for all the trouble he put us through. I'm forced to give him 1 star otherwise this can't be posted but he really deserves 5 stars in the negative. I was pleased with the television repair, but when my camcorder was taken for repair almost a year ago that changed my opinion. Cons: Cannot get my camcorder back. more
