Janat in Urdu means Heaven and this place isnt certainly that. If at all it is the opposite. This restaurant is marked by poor service, poor food, poor seating, poor everything. I am surprised it is still in business. I guess you can attribute that to its proximity of Cisco and its lunch crowd. The service was so poor we had to ask for everything from silverware to even water. After I left a really low tip (which the waiter checked as soon as he picked up the tab), they failed to give my credit card back and insisted that they had already returned it. Only after i shoed them the entire contents of my wallet did they double chack "in the back" and came back with my card more

Very good one 8/11/2005

This resturent is near to a lot of offices and very nice place, espicially if u want to have a nice heavy friday lunch with couple of your collegues. Food is a little pricy but overall, its good for the buck. Also, the food is stored and maintained in a tidy environment. But, try to go early by avoiding local office traffic around 11 to get a leasure lunch. more

Populer with office crowd for lunch 8/10/2005

I used to go to this place with co-workers when I worked in a near-by area. My co-workers loved the food. Its not expensive and the part that i liked is that the menu used to change frequently and it was not the same thing again and again. in deserts, their gulaab jamuns were not soft, but their kheer is the best that i have tasted. The daals are good too. Not a very fancy restaurent, but the staff was very friendly. more
