I went in knowing only one thing: that I wanted to get engaged. From day one the husband and wife team treated me like family and were patient with all my rookie questions. I'm a romantic type so I didn't want to bring my girlfriend in to pick her ring. I had to do it all by myself. In our first meeting they helped me pick the setting and the shape and size of the diamond. We agreed on a budget and in my second visit it was ready.
