Be careful when you sign your lease.....they will round your lease to the end of the month without pointing it out to you...adding up to an extra two weeks which is a nice surprise when you are ready to move out. Especially when the verbal agreement is 12 months....not 12 and a half months. Helen is always standing by the front door smoking. Smells gross, looks bad and my kids have to walk through it. While reading reviews please keep in mind that ""special incentives"" are given to tenants that write them. Helen gave me a gym key for writing one.....now my opinion is changing. Do you like stairs that crumble below you and your family as you are walking on them' They replaced only a few a while back and left tons that are literally disintegrating. Rent prices went down and so did the the quality of tenants & general upkeep. My family and I have been here for 3 years now and can't leave soon enough. I am waiting for my lease to end this week so I can get out of here. Believe all the reviews that you read about the scorpions. They are everywhere. All different kinds of scorpions too. Big, ones, little ones, live ones, dead ones, bark. I have a small child and lived everyday of my lease in fear. I have had 2 neighbors leave in the middle of the night from the same apartment in my year here. Not to mention they don't care about their tenants at all. I tried to make payment arrangements for my last months rent so I could pay my new security deposit and still feed my child. They refused any kind of payment arrangement and sent me to attorney even though I am leaving at the end of the month. The locks on the pool are ridiculous. Any key will get you in. Unsupervised as well. I was swimming with my daughter when 2 -10 year olds walked into the pool with no key and no adult and started swimming. They don't even walk by to check. I tried to go swimmin yesterday and the pool was too murky. Tenants leave strollers, toys, couches outside and they never say anything. I had to complain to the office for them to get my neighbors to put this stuff away. \r \r DON'T RENT HERE!!! There is a reason they are giving 2 months free rent. Cons: Everything more

Do not rent here...\r \r Scorpions are a constant problem... bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry... squished em in all parts of the apartment.\r \r Management has gone down hill since a weekender with choppy english skills at best took over.\r \r Their has also been turn over in maintenence... new guy is not very personalble...\r \r Some residents have let their dogs drop loads all over while others dumpster dive for things you decided to discard.\r \r Management was told, but the problems continue.\r \r Dont rent here. The place used to be nice, but under new management... I would be embarassed to live here... or have anyone visit me here. Pros: The roof didnt leak. Cons: Mentioned in review... more
