I made an appointment with the emailing list discount and the lady on the other line never mentioned that I had to bring in a print out. Had my massage, then got charged full price ($100) for a massage! The lady at the front desk would not even look at me! She told me no exceptions (although she told me she knew I was on the mailing list) she still wouldnt allow it. I used to buy all my makeup, get my hair done there, and this is how they repaid me! Needless to say, I will never be back!! So rude more

Although most any good spa place will make you feel relaxed, this one has everything you would want. I had a massage and a manicure. They had a nice flow and make you feel comfortable and unrushed. I didn't think the manicure lasted all that long, but the massage was very relaxing. The atmosphere is so relaxing and anyone will feel better after coming those. more

I went to this hair salon because they were the only place in Central New York that did a special type of haircut. It's supposed to take the volume and frizzyness away from extremely curly hair. I made the appointment a week in advance. I was make to wait about half an hour before I was attended to. My hair came out really nice. The dowside was that the price said that there was an initial haircut however, this did not include the initial treatment. I was given a discount because it was done at the same time however, I felt a bit decieved. I also felt pressured to get the haircut they wanted me to have. It looks nice but is a bit longer than I wanted. If you aren't very picky about the hair style that you walk out with this is a nice place. more
