Dr. Freyer is the most experience doctor I went to out of 3 other consultations. Dr. Freyer spent the most time explaining the news ways of quick recovery with breast augmentation and how he has done it both ways for several years. He was the most caring when it came to my medical condition and taking care of the pain. I always have chronic pain and I was very afraid of what it was going to be like, but I barley felt anything all through the recovery time. It was really a great experience and I love my new body. I would recommend Dr. Freyer to anyone any day. He is truly a great Doctor with great prices. more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DR IT MAY COST YOU YOUR LIFE\r \r I'm writing a lot so you will have to look under ""comments"" on this post to read everything.\r \r I had my rhionplasty performed by Dr. Motoki in January of 2010. I generally liked the appearance of my nose except for some crookedness from an injury I had suffered a few years back. I was supposed to have some modifications in that area but mostly leave the shape of the rest of my nose the same. I visited Dr. Motoki's office three times before having the surgery, making sure all bases were covered and we were clear about what was to be done. Everyone at that point was very nice and accomodating.\r \r After scheduling the surgery I questioned the Dr. about why they weren't doing any pre-op blood work. He just looked at me and said there was no need for it because I was healthy. Looking back now that should have been the first sign that things weren't right. Being a vet tech I know I hear the Dr. at the vet clinic say daily, ""There is no way to know what is going on on the inside by how they look on the outside. That is why we have labs."" It is pretty sad that a dog or cat is required to have bloodwork before anestesia but a human isn't. I see that as Dr. Motoki's general lack of concern for the wellbeing of his patients.\r The morning of the procedure I showed up as scheduled, was weighed and waited for Dr. Motoki to make his appearance. He came in briefly and I again wanted to make sure he and I were on the same page as far as what was going to be done. He basically was somewhat arrogant and assured me he knew what we were shooting for. He performed the rhinoplasty and they sent me home. \r All that night I vomitted. The entire next day I vomitted. I was running a fever, couldn't drink, could barely walk... I was bad off. Dr. Motoki's office never even called to check up on me. Finally after I was coming in and out of consciousness and vomitted blood until I just dry heaved I text my husband to come and get me because something was wrong. \r He called Dr. Motoki's office. Immediately they were defensive. They instructed him to not take me to the ER, to bring me there and they would just give me fluids IV. By the time my husband got home to get me I was nearly unconcious and having convulsions. I don't remember anything. I had actually urinated all over myself as he carried me down the stairs to the truck. Needless to say he took me to the ER. There they put me on fluids and administered anti-seizure meds and nausia meds IV. Along with antibiotics since I couldn't keep any of the oral ones down. I was admitted to the hospital and would stay there for four days. I didn't even come to until the 3rd day. \r \r \r more

Excellent Breast Augmentation 6/28/2010

I did a lot of research to find the perfect plastic surgeon to do my breast augmentation. I went to many consultations and was impressed with Dr. Motoki's calm and serene style. He is very experienced, was able to answer my questions and was not threatened by the hours and hours of research and knowledge I'd acquired prior to my visit. It has been almost three months since the surgery and they are always available to answer questions. Bonnie has been great and I feel confident in her knowledge. All in all, it has been an excellent experience and I would make the same decision again, in a heartbeat! Pros: Quality plastic surgery, reasonably priced, great office sta more

Sometimes research and credentials aren't enough... 5/13/2010

I wish a zero star rating was available. I had searched online and been to several plastic surgery consultations for rhinoplasty prior to selecting Dr. Motoki. The first nose surgery he performed, there was no difference in the appearance of my nose (my request was that it be refined through the bridge and tip). He kept telling me it was the swelling and that it would go down. One year later, I went back to see him as the swelling had gone down but my nose didn't appear much different - if anything it was bigger than my natural nose. I scheduled a second surgery and Motoki agreed to give me a minimal discount for the revision. The second surgery was a complete and total botch. When the bandages were removed, I was horrified. My nose was larger, crooked and my nostrils actually were completely visible face on. I didn't even want to be seen in public let alone return to work and have people that knew me realize I had had something done. I became very depressed and through all of this Dr. Motoki said nothing other than it was the swelling and I should massage it to help it go down. I went to see a specialist who was recommended and he said he would not be able to try to correct my nose for at least a year because it needed to heal. This was something that affected me to the core. It was not something I could cover or hide and I had to look at the monstrosity everyday and know other people noticed it as well. I have since had two additional revision surgeries to try to correct the damage that Motoki did (some of it is irreparable). I lost years of my life and paid out over $20,000 to be able to accept the reflection in the mirror. I have put that behind me but I wanted others to know the grief I was caused by this doctor. His arrogant attitude never changed or softened when his mistake was more than apparent. more
