Hour Eyes

I was ableto be seen thensame day i called and wheni wentin for my appt i decided to try contacs its been already a month and more since they have been trying me for contacts every time i got me trials they were the wrong prescription i go to that office evry single week. I would not recommend them. They give the worst costumer service one time i went in for a follow up i have to wait 2 hrsto be seen. more

i have a strong script so my lenses had to be special ordered. first time back- too 3 weeks when i was promised 10 days. one lense had yellow AR coating and the other lense had green AR coating. one lense had stress fractures from being flexed/forced into frame. second time back- took 1 1/2 weeks. AR coating pink both lenses. both lenses had stress fractures that look like emery board rub marks/scratches. so.... first visit- friendly helpful staff second visit- pushy staff member that was lazy third visit- defective lenses, staff didn't clean glasses, didnt fit them and was lazy and didn't seem interested to assist me fourth visit- reorder and mgr friendly helpful fifth visit- defective lenses AGAIN sixth visit- asked for and received refund. will go elsewhere. lenght of time for all visits- almost 2 mos. more

I got my last eye exam and my pair of glasses there. They carry plenty of frames for you to pick from, and the service was really good. The optician who helped me was very attentive and answered my questions thoroughly. She even helped me pick out the best deal deal for what I am looking for. I felt that I was very well informed and was able to pick out what is right for me. One thing, though, I went during a weekend and it was very crowded. It took a long time before an optician came to help me. I practically spent my whole afternoon there. Great if you have a lot of time to spend there. more
