Worst

There's no doubt Hooligans is a east side Milwaukee attraction; most nights the place is nearly full.

Hooligans is a great combination of bar and restaurant atmosphere, with really good food to boot. You can either sit downstairs and get served at the bar or order yourself, or get waited on upstairs. Their menu is quite large and everything I have tried, I have liked! They also have great specials, especially unique burgers. Service has also been good every time I have gone. I recently ate lunch on their outside patio with a group of co-workers, and it was fast and delicious. Everyone loved what they ordered. more
