The only benefit to living at Heritage Park is they allow large dogs. That being said the owners are not particular about picking up their dogs' feces so watch your step. Second, the walls are paper thin. This is a plus if you enjoy listening to your neighbors next to you hold normal conversations. Third, many of the people who live here are rude and inconsiderate and have no problems smashing your shared wall with enough force to knock your items down at 3 am--frequently. Fourth, when I did check out I left a very clean apartment and got a much depleted deposit in return. They cited charges that hadn't been on the checkout form. When I called about this they cited it was on my rental agreement. Handily enough I never received a copy of this rental agreement. Don't rent here. Really, you won't like yourself if you do. This place is the worst place to rent in Olympia. It took 2 months to get a working refrigerator in an apartment. This place is broke into all the time. There was a break in to an apartment and the manager refused to call the police about it. It is terribly overpriced for the condition of the property which is not maintained. The manager herself alone has 7 lawsuits filed against her. Forget about getting your deposit back. Regardless if you have a cleaning company come in and clean it she will still charge you as if you didn't do anything and left it a mess on move out. Do Not Rent from this place.
