Never Again 6/20/2012

Harvy's Bike Shop has horrible customer service and this was the worst experience of my life. The place is so crowded with bikes you cant even walk side by side with your bike into the back of their shop. The owner Harvy himself reeks of sweat and stank like he hasn't showered in months. After purchasing my bike from Harvy i returned to have my bike worked on. I was sold a defective crank shaft and Harvy refused to return it even though i had my receipt. more

Unhappy consumer 9/22/2010

Got that right, BUYERS BEWARE!! My husband purchased a bike for 400.00 less than a month ago, The owner told us the frame was made of solid steel, that it was new, & promises the best service for life after the sale.\r \r HOGWASH! I do not believe his bikes are new, he sold us the one off the floor, it came with no manuals, & found scratches on the handle bars, & found later that it is not solid steel it is part aluminum. He refused to exchange/ugrade, refund, nothing, and refused to service or fix the breaks that went bad after 2 weeks. He hung up on my wife, and told me to shut up when I took the bike in. Wow! tossed a manual from the back of course the serial #s don't match. Don't buy a bike from him you'll be happy in the long run and your stuck once you hand him money more

BUYER BEWARE! 3/6/2009

BUYER BEWARE! After spending $150 on a tuneup and shifter set that did not fix the problem I went in for, they tried to sell me an obviously used Sugino crank as "new" for $50, and a mismatched crank arm separately for $25 plus labor to install. This business seems more concerned with selling whatever it can, than doing what is necessary to fix the original problem. Having known that Harvey's has been a Lynnwood institution for years, I am truly shocked to have had such a terrible experience. more

I don't know anything about bikes, but when I browsed here, they were very helpful in educating me on what would suit my needs best. they seemed very honest and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure sell me something, and they had a very good selection to choose from. more

great service, great prices 7/18/2006

This is a great place. Especially for someone just getting into the sport. I went in there, really not knowing what to buy, but they guided me through the process. They were honest and frank with me, and I really feel like they only sold me what I needed. I am looking forward to using them for all my biking needs. Very classy people who genuinely want to help you. PROS: not trying to push the sale on you... helpful CONS: more
