I had just finished dinner at the Pho Grill that is in the same shopping center and decided to get a mani-pedi because it was close and advertised for $30.00 they had another sign that said that they offered an additional 20% off Monday through Wednesday so with a deal like this how could I resist?!?... It was 6:20 and they close at 7:00 plenty of time to get this service done so I decided to go in. There were two employees one man and one female the female was already doing a mani-pedi so I got stuck with the guy... Normally I would not care but this guy just wasn't there... He used his cell phone twice while working on my feet. He carelessly filed my toes and lacked on the massage. He left nail polish on my skin and missed the side of one of my nails. The manicure part did not get better... He soaked one of my hands while working on the other massaged lotion before applying the nail polish then had me get up to go wash my hands... The nail polish that I chose for my fingers was a simple pink glaze with glitter in it- when he opened the bottle it was like the nail polish was too thick.. Instead of asking me to pick another color or doing something to fix the polish he applies this thick goo on my nails- Also missing the sides and the base of my nails. I had to ask him to fix it at which point he attempted it- but really failed here too cause I went home with nail polish on the sides of my fingers. He asked me dry my hands under the light, then left the main part of the salon so he wasn't there when I left. I can not speak for the Girl who works there the lady who was worked on by here seemed to be happy- But seriously I think this was one of the most non-relaxing, bad paint job, bad service experiences I have ever had getting my nails done ""professionally"". I am upset with myself because I tipped him before he was done so he just rushed through it to get me out well before 7. I will never go back there ever again and I will be spreading the word as well to my friends. Worst experience ever. I will be taking my business else where...
