I went through Maria-Stella Fountoulakis with Halstead to find an apartment in the Washington Heights area. She did a great job showing me many places. Although slightly pushy in the beginning on showing me apartments I had no interest in, during the application process she was amazing. She gave constant updates on our credit reports, fought for lower rent, and was overall a very nice person. Maria made what tends to be a painful process seem very easy. At a price of 15% of the annual rent, we found her services well worth the price. I would strongly recommend.
