Just bought a 30 dollar box of Black Box wine ( at least 5 bucks more than other stores), that was sour. Immediately took it back to the store, where the "manager" stated that there would no refunds or exchanges. WHAT???? Sell a bad product, then tell the customer TOO BAD? Very rude .... more

This is the best place to buy wine in Norman. The service was very good. I was purchasing wine at another large store in Norman and by chance I stopped into Hob Nob Rob's. I found the exact same wine and it was $5.32 cheaper at Hob Nob's. This is the only place to go in Norman. Pros: Great Selection, Great Price, Great Location more

The times I've stopped here it's been due to location alone. I'm always disappointed and the staff seems put out when I ask for help or for something they don't carry. Haven't been back since the help treated me like an idiot when I asked if they carried New Grist or any other gluten-free beers. What jerks. Pros: Sometimes there's a funny little dog in the store. Cons: Overpriced, poor selection, bad attitudes. more

This place has horrible customer service and if the owner doesn't agree with you he'll call the police!!! I bought a keg from them for New Year's Eve (which required a $35 deposit) and brought it back in perfect condition 2 weeks later only to be told by the owner that he wouldn't be giving me my deposit back because I didn't bring it back within 5 days. That would have been fine if someone told me this! Or if I signed something stating this! But no one told me and I didn't sign anything saying it needed to be back within 5 days. After trying to rationally explain this to the owner he said, "NO! You won't be getting your money back!" I said, "I bet your tune would be different if this place was full of customers" (it was empty). He then proceeded to call the police on me saying I was trespassing. I waited for a while for the police to show up but they never did. I left and decided to make sure to let people know what happened so that hopefully it won't happen again.
