Just bought a 30 dollar box of Black Box wine ( at least 5 bucks more than other stores), that was sour. Immediately took it back to the store, where the "manager" stated that there would no refunds or exchanges. WHAT???? Sell a bad product, then tell the customer TOO BAD? Very rude ....
