Great service, great shop! 7/21/2011

I've been taking my cars to H Heaven Auto Repair for about six years now. I've been in there a few times and taken in a few different cars there. I keep going back because the quality of the service is dead on. They'll tell you your problem and fix it. That's exactly what you get and what you'll pay for. Plus, if you need it, they'll give you a loner car for the day. And if the kid's there doing the car washes, they'll throw that in there too! And Steve is great! Topher Ryan more

My experience with H Heaven Auto Repair has been good. They're very, very good. They explain everything to you and they get it done on time. I guess they find what's needed, and if it's wearing out or needs to be done they repair it. They advise you on it and let you know everything up front, then they do it. I guess the rates are reasonable. They're probably a little lower than the dealership, but not too much lower. more

I've been going to H. Heaven Auto Repair for years, and I absolutely would recommend them. My car is 24 years old, and they have been servicing it the whole time. It's just like new! They're actually amazed at how well I have done and all the times I have them keep it up, even before things happen. Heaven showed genuine interest in trying to help her where the local Toyota dealership gave her a rather sterile book response to addressing her problem. In particular this testimonial gives Chuy, a Service Manager, special credit for addressing the matter in a sensitive and caring way. I would take all my cars there but I'm some 4 hours north of the facility so scheduling will be a bit of a challenge. Again, thank you H. Heaven for being customer sensitive. more

Professional, honest and friendly! 7/18/2011

I deliver auto parts to H Heaven Auto Repair, they're a customer of mine. Well, I was telling them that I heard noises inside of my engine and they told me to bring it in right away! They gave me a loner car while they ordered a newly built engine for me. They installed it quickly and efficiently. They are always professional. They are an honest business, full of integrity and never try to sell or charge you for parts or service you don't need. I highly recommend their services! more

H Heaven Auto Repair Inc. has done extensive work on a Camry of mine. Not only did they repair it, but they also included a lot of additional services that they didn't have to do, including a new radiator and other auxiliary parts. Originally they were supposed to take care of the clutch and axles, timing belt, and oil field. My parents have been going to H Heaven Auto Repair for many years, but this was my first time. They're very honest, quick, and highly responsive! My experience was very positive. I would recommend them to anybody else, and will continue to utilize them in the future! more

They are honest, and they explain what they are doing and why. 2/9/2011

I have been using H. Heaven off and on for years now, and they are always very friendly and very polite. They are always willing to explain things to the customer about what is going on and why something does or does not need to be done. I appreciate their honesty. I have never had a problem with their work. The biggest thing with them is their honestly and willingness to take the time to explain things whether you know a lot about cars or not. They say why certain things are important. It lets you know that they are trying to keep your vehicle running well and safe. more

H. Heaven provides high quality repairs and honest service. 1/20/2011

I have been going to H. Heaven for probably 20 years. I continue to go to them because they specialize in Honda, which is the vehicle I own, and I can generally rely on them to do a good quality job. I can count on that. I also can trust the honesty of the maintenance that they feel I need. They are helpful as well. If the maintenance is going to take a long time they are willing to drive me someplace and then pick me up later. Their pricing is generally moderate; it is not really high, but it is also not really cheap. The price reflects the knowledge and ability of the repairs. What I have not run across at H. Heaven is going in there for a repair and then a week or so later having to go back. I have never run into that situation. more

They do excellent work. 1/19/2011

I used to surf with Chuy and that is how I came to know H. Heaven. They recommended that I bring in my car, so I brought in my truck as well as my daughter's Toyota. They serviced both vehicles and they actually replaced the motor in my daughter's car. They did excellent work. I just had another truck worked on by them. They went through the whole thing and did an excellent job. They are very good mechanics and they are very responsible. more

Good, honest mechanics. 1/7/2011

H. Heaven has really good customer service, especially for a mechanic, and they are always honest about what is going on. They don't invent problems like many do, which is why I keep going back. I have been going there for about 3 years now, and I have recommended them to a couple of people already. I have always been happy with the service. They have done a lot of maintenance for me and a couple of larger repairs. Everything has seemed fine after they work on it. I think they are a good, honest mechanic. They are very realistic in what they recommend to be done. If there is something that is not that big of a deal they will tell me rather than always pushing more work. more

I have been a customer of H. Heaven for years. I can rely on them to always give me a fair deal and excellent quality work. The people represent their company well. They are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I feel they are genuinely concerned about answering my questions. They provide prompt service. When I do have to wait, they make comfortable accommodations for me. And, if they have a loner car available, they will allow me to take that, which is very helpful. Linda Lomma more

I think H.Heaven is good. They have been very prompt in getting things done, and they are very professional. The prices are a little more than others, but they give you quality. I have been using them since January or February of this year. They have done the brakes both on my Mercedes and my truck, and if I have any questions about anything I go to them. They are the place I go. Recently I took my Mercedes to the dealership, and they gave me a laundry list of things that were wrong. Steve and Kevin at H. Heaven told me that they didn't see those things last time they checked out the car, which wasn't too long ago, so they are going to look into it to make sure I am not being duped by the dealership. They have quality service, great work, and are very pleasant to deal with. It has been a great experience. more

Competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Great with hybrids. 11/1/2010

I heard about Steve from an online referral in a Yahoo chat room group about hybrid cars. I have an early model Prius, and we were having a lot of trouble. The dealer was blowing me off, so I searched the internet, joined a chat group, and complained about my situation. Someone else from southern California told me to try Steve at H. Heaven. Steve was able to fix the car for us, we were having transmission issues, for 35-40% less than the dealer. The dealer would have totaled it out, but we got another 50,000 miles out of it. We have continued to use H.Heaven since then. Now my car has 160 thousand miles, and around 100 thousand miles, when the warranty ended, everything started to go back. He has worked on that car, and we have a Toyota Camry that we bring to him for everything as well. I would say that they are very earnest and trustworthy. They are never condescending to their customers and never make me feel stupid. When I try to explain the noise or problem with the car, they don't give me that look that so many mechanics give. They just ask me to describe it and listen patiently. They frequently have coupons, and if you are a returning customer they sometimes knock a little bit off the price. We had used H. Heaven for years before Steve bought it and we continued to use them. They are always available. We have called them with problems and they had us drive right up. They are accommodating, and if I need to wait, they have a comfortable lobby. They also do a good job keeping you informed. When they print out the receipt, they always include recommendations and things that need attention down the road, which I really appreciate. Their service is great and their employees are nice and helpful. more

First Time visiting H Heaven and Heaven it was. 10/26/2010

I arrived at H Heaven and was surprised at the size of the building. Big square footage that can handle a lot of work and a lot of cars. I needed new brakes, problem with my check engine light which had been on for almost a year, needed a new oxygen sensor, rotors needed to be turned and needed back drum brakes also a smog test only. I purposely became a problem customer from the get go. I complained, moaned and groaned bitched and whined. I was probably their worst customer to date. Sorry guys. But now I can truly recommend H Heaven to everyone who needs a mechanic(s) who actually care and wants to help and give you the best quality parts with the best quality repair. Absolutely brilliant in every respect. Professional in every respect. You handled all my calls with all the my bogus frustrations perfectly. Anyone else would of asked for me to pick up my car and leave. This company is a company that gives you much more than an auto repair shop. Highest quality service at a reasonable price. 9/29/2010

I have been going to H. Heave for 15 years or more. Steve bought the company from the people I used to go to and he has kept up the same high level of quality, responsiveness, and service. Over time, when there have been some issues that could possibly be covered by the warranty, they have encouraged me to use the dealer. They have saved us money in that regard and that demonstrates a high level of integrity in terms of customer service. In terms of cost competitiveness, I have not really done any kind of comparison, but I have not been inclined to because I am very happy with what they have done. When I need a loner car, they have always been able to provide me a loner car. And they have internet Wi-Fi, so I can do work while I am waiting for my car.
