Great Overall Experience 6/16/2014

I was a first time owner, but to anyone and everyone interested in a future purchase I would recommend Gibs RV. Everyone was friendly and the RV was thoroughly explained to me as I looked at it from the Salesman to the technician. Came back the next week to finalize the purchase and pick it up. It was amazing detailed and while I was waiting the salesman took me over to the parts department and introduced me to the parts managers and purchased a few things I needed for the RV while I was there. I did realize that there were items I do need to purchase in the future for the RV. Questions were answered. I never felt lost, and was constantly tended to. Everyone I talked to there greeted me with a smile and helped me knowledge wise and made me feel wanted a part of their family. When the time comes to upgrade Gibs Rv Supertore will be the place I will go to. more

Second trailer we've purchased form Gib's RV superstore. Very easy people to talk to, and always seem to put our needs first. We've made lots of purchases in our time (car, boats, Rv's etc.) We've had our best buying experience with Gib's time and time again. They go that extra mile that makes all the difference! more

Very easy to talk to people. I found there pricing to be competitive and got the amount requested on my trade. I have to say they exceeded my expectations and would recommend Gibs to anyone interested in an RV. Whether its your first or third (like myself) they'll take care of you. Fantastic weekend 7/19/2012

Second trailer I've purchased from Gibs. This was my wife and I's First purchase. Enjoyed my Nash trailer and more impressed with the outdoors Rv line. Couldn't be happier with my creek side and a great price. The staff there are pleasant to deal with. Salesman made reservations for us and even fixed my phone, class! Had Fantastic weekend. more

Bad Business no ethics 6/1/2012

The owner and sales manager are worthless. They do not respect the customer. They do not deliver what was advertised and make no attempt to compromise. The so called simple solution for them is to avoid after sales commitments. Watch out for these guys, especially the "set up fee" which is a joke for $500. Do yourself a favor, RUN from these guys, go anywhere else, you will find better service and deals elsewhere. more

What a great experience 4/15/2012

They gave me the best trade-in for my Nash, and lowest price in the STATE on a new wind river. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Our salesman even called us afterwards, and answered all our questions. We had a great buying experience all while visiting the beautiful Oregon coast. Thank you Gibs Rv! more

Bad dealer 8/16/2011

What an absolute waste of time dealing with these people. I purchased a new travel trailer from Gib's in 2011 and have had nothing but trouble trying to get them as the selling dealer to resolve issues that I'm having with it. Talk about the old fashioned warning of "Caveat Emptor" or "let the buyer beware" in dealing with these guys from the owner down. If you chose to deal with them after reading this it will be at your own risk. So many good dealers out there, go with a reputable one. more

Gibs RV Integrity 5/25/2010

Good: They have a convienient location in my area.. Bad: They have no business integrity, don't care about the community. They CONSTANTLY are posting Commercial ads on Craigslist in direct violation of the terms of use section k. NO Unsolicited Commercial Advertisments. There own greed keeps them too stupid to understand this. This hurts the community.. Improvements: I would like them to wise up. Gib's has been around a long time. Wisdom comes with age, but in this case, age came alone.. Other: Come on Bill Leslie wise up!. more

i do not where you get your ratings i spent 30,000 on my rv used payed 400 to make sure everyting works they lied about water leaks and tricked me into beleiving the air conditioner worked it was winter left wires undone could have been burned down from there lack of workmanship so do not buy from them more

Great gear for you rv 8/3/2005

Besides being a top notch RV dealer and service center Gib's RV has a large store and carries a lot of travel items for sale. You can always find those odds and ends to make minor repairs too. We have purchased alot of repair items from them as well as a new sewage tank and were always treated very well by the friendly staff. We actually purchase our last vehicle from them too. They do a litlle of everything there. They also have really yummy cookies in the waiting room. more
