The owner and sales manager are worthless. They do not respect the customer. They do not deliver what was advertised and make no attempt to compromise. The so called simple solution for them is to avoid after sales commitments. Watch out for these guys, especially the "set up fee" which is a joke for $500. Do yourself a favor, RUN from these guys, go anywhere else, you will find better service and deals elsewhere.
