I had go to this place just for the view though the hot chocolate is the best. One of the best locations for Ghirardelli to be in, This place has a few tables set with an awesome view of the ocean. Start with a free sample of dark chocolate as soon as you enter and order fudge or Hot chocolate, Its an amazing experience. Really crowded during teh holidays but a place to visit nevertheless. Its a great experience. The staff is friendly and nothing seems really overpriced. The View from outside is simply mind blowing. http://www.ghirardelli.com/ more

Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop is located right in the middle of all the Cannery Row excitement. When we went into this shop, they were offering free samples of their fine chocolate squares. You can purchase all of the fine chocolate squares in all of the flavors that Ghirardelli offers right there in the shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the store if usually having a special of some kind going on. You can also visit their website to get information about other store locations or the products that they sell at www.Ghirardelli.com. more
