Sara was my stylist and she did a nice job, but it wasn't what I wanted. The highlights were darker than what I wanted, but I give her credit for not damaging my hair

If you want your hair to look amazing you have to go see Jenna at Furioso!!! She always gives me the best haircuts and highlights!!! She works really well on blondes too!! This girl can seriously do anything when it comes to hair. I will never go to anyone else! more

I found my stylist!!! 1/19/2010

I moved to orange county a yr ago and haven't been able to find a hairdresser that was good and that I clicked with...until I met Jenna at furioso salon. right away I knew Jenna knew what she was doing. She told me exactly what my hair needed! Jenna changed me from an orangey brassy blonde to a vibrante caramel blonde. Jenna's confidence and knowledge about hair made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! The salon is also so beautiful and very personal. I highly recommend Jenna she is AMAZING!!! more

What a haircut!!! 1/16/2010

I recently relocated to Laguna Beach from New Jersey, leaving behind family, friends and my hairdresser of 15 years. But I managed to find Jenna at Furioso Salon in Laguna Beach. OMG! Lovin My Hair!!! 1/14/2010

Jenna has been doing my hair for a couple of years now, and she's definitely my favorite! I never tell her what to do with my hair, I just always tell her I trust her, and I let her do her thing!! She's chopped it short, and today she kept it long, but made me love my hair again! I love the movement and the lift that's hard to get in long length! I'm super stoked, and in a year or so when I'm ready to go short again, I know she'll rock it out for me. I always recommend her to all of my friends. It's so hard to find your soulmate hairdresser, but thank goodness I've got mine! more

Best cut by far 11/9/2009

My hair is thick and frizzy so I've always had trouble finding a cut that works, until I came to Jenna Abbate. It's definitely the best cut I've ever had and frames my face nicely. She spends the time to find out what I want for my hair and adds her own ideas, which I end up loving every time. When she came to this salon, it became a longer drive for me than where she was before but I don't mind the drive because she does such a great job! more

Love Long Hair 11/6/2009

I have always had thin straight short hair. I now go to Debra Boyd who has always done great things with my hard to cover red hair with very hard to cover grey roots. Now I have long beautiful extentions that Deb had to match my hair to. She does this perfectly everytime. She has added length and volume while getting rid of my grey roots and red hair. Not an easy thing to do!! She also takes care of my hair not to pull it out like others have done when she has to move up my exstensions. I have had another lady want to cut them out of my already short hair, Are you kidding me!!! Pros: Best Extentions more

I love getting my hair done by Deb. She is very thorough and really understands what you want done and responds to it. I really enjoy going to this salon. It is very quaint and right downtown in laguna beach. very easy to get to and very convenient. Kudos to Debra again. She is the best!!!! Young + Cute Style + Amazing Color = Jenna's haircut!! 11/5/2009

I'm an engineer (hence the equation in the title above) and it's definitely in my nature to be VERY low maintenance when it comes to my long, thick hair. Before Jenna, my hairstyle was a ponytail and forget blow drying it--that would take hours! I went into the salon wanting a color and cut--and with no other direction than that, she truly transformed my lackluster hair into something with style and made it easy to take care of! The way she thinned out my hair and added in ""sun-kissed"" highlights made my hair look so natural and did I mention EASY to take care of!? Honestly, I get out of the shower, rub in a little product and head to work with towel dried hair -- it doesn't frizz and my hair takes on a fun, natural curl the way she cut it :) I would also recommend trying the Brazilian chemical treatment, it's a bit pricey, but SOOO worth it for people who hate doing their hair and have a real problem with frizz...and It lasts a solid 4-6 months!! Pros: Very personable and has good advice for products to use! Cons: none come to mind... more

Jenna is THE best! 11/4/2009

Jenna is amazing! The first time I came to her, she transformed my terrible haircut (from someone else) into one of the best cuts I've ever had. I've been coming to her ever since. She's got a great sense of style and knows what will look good on YOU. I get compliments on my hair from strangers on a regular basis. You'll leave the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks every time you see her! Go treat yourself to a great cut and color and make an appointment with Jenna! more

Honestly Best Cut and Color I have experienced in 10 years! 10/17/2009

I called Furioso because I heard it was a great salon and they booked me for a cut and color with Jenna. I am VERY picky about my hair and have yet to find someone I like. Jenna was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted. I left feeling great about my experience and I definetly recommend her to everybody I see. Best Cut & Color Ever!!!! Jenna Rocks!!!!!! 10/9/2009

Jenna at Furioso Salon is simply the most AMAZING colorist and stylist out there! She gave me the best color and haircut of my life! I came into the salon with dark red hair, and she transformed a horrifying dye job into the most perfect natural looking shade of blonde, without any remnants of my previous color. She is a color genius! Not only did she give me my ideal color, she also took fantastic care of my hair. I am amazed at how healthy it still feels. I know that other hair stylists would have done a great deal of damage to my hair. My haircut is insanely fabulous; she certainly knows how to bring out the beauty of a face with the shape of her cut. I swear I have never received more compliments on my hair in my life. If you are looking for a new stylist to go to, I promise that, you will be beyond thrilled with her results! more

I have lived in southern ca for over eleven years and have been searching high and low for a stylist. I met katie through a friend and she has been a god send. My hair has never looked and felt better. I completely allow katie to work her magic on my hair without a concern on how the color, highlights, or cut will look. All I can say is that she is the best!!!!! you will love what she can do for you. more

Best stylist in the world! 5/13/2008

Shane is the best hairstylist in the world...and he's not afraid to tell you! I found his confidence and outgoing personality very endearing. Now for my story: Well, the time has come where my ""natural"" highlights are no longer a beautiful shade of gold, but a not-so-attractive shade of silver. I'm not quite ready to except this little fact of life. Every other salon I have gone to insists on a base color first, however, when it grows out, I'm left with a horrible line. I made an appointment with Shane about a month ago and I thankfully have my previous, much younger ""natural"" highlights back! He took the time to sit down with me and get a true understanding for what I wanted. He did a combination of highlights and lowlights that look so subtle and flattering. I also got an amazing haircut that frames my face perfectly. It's almost time to rebook an appointment and everything has grown out beautifully... no big line around my head and the cut still looks fresh. Very Friendly and talented! 6/18/2007

I def. recommend this place. I had an appointment with Gina.. with no idea what I wanted to do with my hair.. all I knew was I needed something new and I didn't want to get a ""soccer-mom"" hairdo.. Gina suggested that I get bangs.. I was hesitant to get them because other salons/stylists recommended that I steer clear from that.. but she framed it and made it work with my face. It took a day to get used to it.. but now I love it.. and its so easy to manage and style! And I can change it up.. depending on my mood or how much time I have in the mornings. I love this place! 6/7/2007

I was very impressed after taking a huge leap of faith in choosing this salon - I was new to the area and had no one to make a recommendation, so I had to choose something somewhat blindy. I searched for Bumble and bumble salons via the internet, hoping that would be a safe bet. I was right... the minute I walked up the stairs, I felt relieved. The receptionist greeted me, showed me around and seated me on the sun deck witha glass of wine. I wanted a pretty major change and got something beyond my expectations. Gina Marie was very talented. I have gotten so many compliments on my new 'do. I would recommend her to anyone. The salon is quaint, comfortable, and very relaxing. Pros: A talented bunch, very welcoming atmosphere more
