he is FRAUD....i purchased an eversave service for carpet cleaning and left them 4 messages..and emails...no response..please stay away from this company..hate to even give 1star....

I've been using Full Steam Ahead for five years with no issues at all. They do routine carpet cleaning and water extractions for the rental units of the community properties I work for. They're very responsive and offer competitive rates. Matt is courteous, professional, and follows through well. The whole process always takes under half an hour each time and the end results are great. I like that they never leave a chemical smell. I'm pleased with their workmanship and will continue to use them. more

Spectacular! 12/19/2013

I've used a couple of other companies and Full Steam Ahead blew it out of the water with their service. They're very friendly, professional, and offer incredible service. I was overwhelmed by how well they cleaned my carpet. With the other companies that I used, there were always spots that were missed, etc. but not with Full Steam Ahead. Everything was put back exactly how it was supposed to be. The demonstration that they showed me afterwards of everything that came out of my carpet was remarkable. They were also cheaper than any other company that I've used. Color me impressed. more

I drive a minivan with light gray-colored carpets. Bad idea with four little girls. Anyway, I called FSACC and asked if they'd do our carpets in our van. We set up for 4 pm. I was running behind in my schedule and arrived 10 minutes late:( and the cleaning guy was waiting for me. I felt terrible about it, but he was really nice. One of my girls had spilled a juice cup on the carpets and it had left a stain, and then there was the muddy shoes from little girls splashing in puddles. Anyway, my carpets look great and I couldn't be happier, unless my carpets were black to begin with. Lol. Anyway, it's good to find a company with good service :)\r more

I was referred by a friend and was very impressed with this company. They showed up on time and took their time cleaning my carpets. My carpets look amazing! The tech. spent time answering my questions and I would recommend this company to anyone! more

Warning: Hire Someone Else! 5/2/2012

I purchased a Living Social Deal on April 6th (nearly one month ago) and have not been able to get any returned calls after leaving multiple messages to schedule an appointment. I ultimately had to call Living Social and file a complaint (which come to find out they already had others on file as well, not surprising) and thankfully the best customer services I received was Living Social providing me a full refund. I have also seen similar complaints on Yelp! for other customers that have not been able to receive calls back. Shame on me I should have done research first. Very poor business and I will make sure everyone I know knows it! more

Great job and very thorough 11/7/2011

Just had my carpets cleaned by this company last week and we're very pleased. The technician took his time and went over the areas several times. I've had several other companies clean my carpets and the job wasnt as thorough. I will be calling them the next time I need a cleaning. They're very affordable also. more

Worst Customer Service I've recieved in a long time! 6/10/2011

I left a voice mail with the Full Steam Ahead Biz owner today, trying to schedule one last time my service. As a response, he sent me a text (yes, a text, not a return call). In the text he accused me of lying and told me to cancel my service. Unbelievable. more
