Freebird Cafe is a wonderful place to dine, as well as, enjoy the company you are with. I have been to 'Freebird Cafe,' on various ocassions and was quite pleased with the appetizers, along with the overall menu selection's, along with the prices of each item. I am from Jacksonville, FL., and I remember the day, the Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crashed. A very sad day for such a wonderful band, hometown, losing Ronnie Van-Zant, Steve and Cassie Gaines. Ronnie's wife has done a wonderful thing, opening a restaurant, in their honor. Thank you. Sincerely, Angela J. more

Cool stage 8/13/2002

If you haven't been in a while, Freebirds has redone their stage. It's awesome- great sound, too. Sometimes they tend to be a bit slow with the bar service, but it's worth it to see a band you like play. Cool place to go hang out on the deck in the summer or eat outside on the balcony. Good food and they have a pool table. Pros: Excellent stage, Good sound, Good food Cons: Parking? more
