This dentist is a dishonest person. She deleted the same review on yelp many times even though she knows that what I wrote here is 100% the truth! I am posting on yahoo now, so you can't delete me any more, loser!
I am very upset and disgusted with this dental office and practice. There is definitely something wrong when you go to a dentist for basic dental cleaning and refill past fillings and you end up paying $2600. They used a scare tactic and coaxed me into placing veneers onto my front two teeth. After the dentist checked my teeth, I was told that I had cracks on both the front teeth and that they had to put veneers because they might crack more and get worse. The dentist sent in consultants to tell me what could happen if I don't fix this and that they had a discount for this procedure, also advising that I could make payments. My experience with this whole procedure was horrible. The temporary caps that were placed came off twice. The first week the cap on the left tooth came off. I called the office and had to be very persistent in trying to get an appointment before Monday since I had a business meeting and could not present myself toothless. Of course this was on the weekend and the after hours contact numbers are no help. The dentists are not available. They are always out of town. Of course no one was available and an appointment was made for 9am on Monday, which is their normal business hours. They didn't even try to accommodate by asking what time can you come in. I had a meeting at 10am. It would have been nice if they could have accommodated an earlier time. I had to race to work. This is how they treat patients who have an emergency. The 2nd time this happened was approximately a week later and the cap on the right tooth cap off. Same scenario, no one available and Monday at 9am to fix their mess. I am stuck and have to rely on them to fix this problem. Very upsetting and feel like I have been duped, manipulated and taken advantage off. They should be out of business. It is unfortunate that there is no recourse or penalties for dentists/dental offices who do this to people.
I should have read the reviews on this dental office. I just finished reading a review in which the party stated that they just went in for basic cleaning procedure and they were advised they needed ""10k in crowns and invisalign straightening."" The crowns being for cracks on the teeth. They also stated it doesn't necessarily mean you need crowns on your teeth.
Please beware and read honest, but not fake reviews before making an appointment.
