My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2013 F-350 from Evergreen Ford. This is my 3rd truck from Ford I have owned over the years. It's a great truck, great product. It would...

I just bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Evergreen Ford on Dec 20th The first two options listed in the description were keyless start and back up camera. It didn't come with either and I didn't find out until I signed and brought the car home. I have emailed Tony the General Manager and Ashley the sales associate, I have not received a response back as to what they will do. I will keep you posted, I'm hoping they will take care of it, if not I will go to the Ford Corp and blog all over about the deceit. Let's cross our fingers! more

They Misrepresent their cars, or they flat out lie...... I specifically asked for something that they told me was in my car (heat warmers in leather seats in their Titanium Ford focus). Once I brought it home, found out in fact that it was not. Because of the new computerized sync system and the learning curve, it's very hard to tell... Emails to the General Manager and no response. Sales Manager said "" Oh well, Your car would have been more if it had the seat warmers"". What a dishonest load of BS........... Please help yourself and me, and do NOT buy a car from Evergreen. You will be sorry if you do :(\r I plan on contacting Ford Corporate Sales Division as well. Too bad in these economic times that you try to buy USA , only to turn around and get lied to....... more

What a joke from sales to the owner! 12/20/2011

ive never been to a worse dealership. even the owner Tony Rehn is the biggest jerk and what a joke their service department was. From the director of service down to the service techs, they do not stand behind their products nor their customer service. Dont let these guys screw you, try a local shop with good vaules. more

Best Service and Sales Hands Down! 5/31/2011

Does a Great Job in handling customers as I told Daniet, when I was talking to him and Roy yesterday. The Dealership is always clean in the Service write-up area and customer waiting area. Makes us feel comfortable. more

Bad people dishonest business 5/30/2011

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I am suprised this business is still in existance and State Attorney General's office hasn't shut them down yet. They will do anything, tell any lie, pull any old salesman trick and vialate any business practice law to make a profit. more

Huge Mistake by Evergreen Ford 3/13/2011

We bought a barely used Explorer from Evergreen Ford last month. Brought it home on Monday and got a call on Friday that we needed to return the car to them. Apparently they had sold us a car that couldn't be licensed in the state of Washington because it didn't meet the Clean Car Emissions Requirements. What a huge mistake on part of the dealership. One would think that they would check this BEFORE they sold the car and let the buyer drive the car off the lot thinking it was theirs! \r \r When we went back, they offered us the same car with a slight discount…only with 20K more miles on it and not in the pristine condition as the original car-definitely not the same deal we were getting before (a like-new explorer with only 2k miles on it). We felt pressured to take what they were offering, and after going round with the dealership, we eventually had them return our down payment and we left. \r \r We were very disappointed in this entire situation. What a horrible car buying experience. We won’t be back.\r more

I will buy again! 3/8/2011

It was a nice and easy process working with Jonathan Ling and Jeff Walker. Everyone was polite and friendly, no heavy sales pressure. I will buy from Evergreen Ford again. more

Could not ask for more! 3/7/2011

Looking to purchase a Ford? Go to Evergreen Ford in Issaquah and ask specifically for JOHN (JP) PEREZ. He is your man when looking to make a deal on a car. I drove away with a 2009 Ford Focus and JP made it the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced! He is knowledgable about the bussiness and is able to key into exactly what you are looking for and making the best deal possible. In addition, he is a down to earth great guy and you might as well be with an interesting fellow while you are waiting on the deal. He passed on some great advice from his father... 'if you drive your car like you have a raw egg between your foot and the gas peddle, the car will run forever.' I will think of that piece of advice for the rest of my life because of JP. Awesome car! Awesome salesperson! Awesome experience! Can't ask for anything more! Ask for JP! more

Great Experience 3/2/2011

While we were there, we noticed that they also had some good prices on some of their preowned 2008 Explorers. Our current personal car has been driven by us now for 10yrs and due to a few glitches, I found myself daily asking if this would be the day it was going to expire on me. Plus we needed a more dog friendly vehicle and the Subaru, as much as we love it, just isn't cutting it in the safety factor anymore. So we paid half of what we would for a 2008 Explorer that was a previous rental and only had 9000 miles on it. Its looks great and has been a great addition for us. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE 2/22/2011

I had the BEST car buying experience ever at Evergreen Ford last week. I had a very negative experience the previous week at another dealer so was actually dreading car shopping but I have to say - I really enjoyed working with both Matt Ward (sales mgr/finance) + sales professional, Jonathan Ling. They were so helpful! I was not pressured in any way; and everyone I came in contact with gave me the distinct impression that they were more interested in helping me find the exact car to suit my needs and budget than they were in making a sale. I should have listened to my son and husband - both had very positive experiences in the past 2 years working with Matt Ward @ Evergreen. They told me not to go anywhere else but Evergreen Ford...but I mistakenly thought that by going out of the city that I would find better pricing. Well, I discovered I was wrong! Working with Jonathan & Matt was a real pleasure! I came away from the experience feeling 100% satisfied and extremely pleased with the entire transaction. If you want a great car; outstanding prices and an overall awesome buying experience - be sure to ask for Jonathan Ling and Matt Ward - they'll treat you right! more

Pleasure to work with 2/15/2011

Haven't made up my mind yet, but if I ever buy a Ford it will probably be from Evergreen. I've been to 5 different dealerships and this is the only one where I feel comfortable spending more than 20k. Chad, Bryan and of course Whalley are a pleasure to work with. more

Friendly and Helpful 2/8/2011

We bought a 2010 F150 XLT on Saturday. Our salesmen, Andrew Wright and John Perez, were very friendly, helpful and straightforward. I found the truck I wanted at their rock-bottom price on their web page, at a better price than other Ford dealers in the Seattle area, and called to say I was coming out. The truck was parked out front and ready to test. The store and service department are state-of-the-art and the other employees we met were knowledgable and accomodating. A good experience. more

If you have to head to a dealership... 2/19/2010

I bought a used Nissan here with an extended 3-year warranty. I got the car for a great price (well under KBB and in great shape) and felt the warranty was a good deal. I spent about 5 hours at the dealership - paperwork and financing took forever...\r I resold the car (out of necessity) and ended up only losing a little for the taxes I paid initially. The only issue I have with Evergreen is the finance department who never returned my calls re: cancelling my warranty and getting me my much-needed refund. After a few frustrating days, Tony, the general manager took care of everything.\r All in all they do good business.\r \r Pros: good management Cons: delayed customer service more

great place too go for HORRIBLE customer satisfaction 1/9/2010

I'm not going to go in to the full detail but I will say they are #1 in my book for customer disatisfaction. Thinking about it just makes me want to vomit! I think with that said this describes how bad it truly is. I can't even rate this appropiately since they do not have a field for negative star ratings. Pros: nothing Cons: horrible customer service #1 in the NW for sarcasm more

the worst service department!! 12/8/2009

its not my 6th time back to evergreen ford because their service department has no idea what they are doing. i have to show them what is wrong with the car in order for them to fix it or else they charge me 300.00 just to look at it and do nothing. I even talked to the director Bob Hogan. What a joke. He was one of the stupidest people I have ever met. Very rude about the whole situation. Love my Ford, but will never bring it to Ford of Issaquah! Pros: nothing! Cons: horrible service, rude employees, not ment to be fixing cars more

Great experience from honest local people 6/21/2009

Great experience from honest local people..? - ftenorio? - Today My wife hates buying cars as it is typically a stressful experience for her. At Evergreen Ford, the buying experience is enjoyable every time.. BTW, this is my third purchase from Evergreen Ford. Ask for Josh Rehn and Robert Whalley. You will not regret your purchase from honest, reliable people who live and raise their families in the community. Great service after the sale as well. I look forward to my next purchase. Thanks again Josh, Tony, Robert and the rest of the Evergreen Ford team. God Bless.. Pros: Honest Local Family Owned Business more

Worst car dealership experience ever 10/9/2007

My husband and I went to Evergreen Ford to buy a new truck. It was absolutely the worst experience either of us have ever had buying a car. We wasted 3 hours there and left without buying anything because the saleman and manager were so horrible. On top of it, they hounded us afterward. First, we got a call to find out ""how we liked our new car."" Uh, HELLO, we didn't buy one! Then they keep calling us every week or so asking us if we're still in the market. Every time we tell them we bought our Excursion from another dealership and to stop calling, yet the calls keep coming. We are starting to feel harrassed! If they call again I will certainly lose it. Please do not buy your car from this dealership. We went to Pacific Coast Ford in Federal Way and it was great! Pros: Free sodas Cons: Everything else more
