Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa

Red Door Spa is a day spa with flair and atmosphere. This a full service spa that offers everything from manicures to pedicures to facials and more. There is a menu of services and what you will get with each to choose from. The products used during the manicure and pedicures smell terrific and make you feel absolutely wonderful. The staff is warm and ready to serve in any possible way. I felt truly pampered after a manicure and pedicure at Red Door Spa. This spa is first class and definitely worth paying a few extra bucks for. If you want the full spa treatment for your money, this is the place to get it done! more

Attending spas for various body treatments really is a hobby of mine. I must say that I wasn't impressed with the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. For such a big name you'd expect a spectacular setting and service but unfortunately it was just so-so. There is no great ambiance in the lobby. The hostesses are generally busy answering the phone and talking to customers that sometimes you can stand there waiting for a bit before you can check in. The spa area that the attendant takes you to is very standard, nothing special. You are shown into a waiting room with a very narrow walkway. One day I had a massage and the heater in the room was broken so it kept turning on and off with a loud bang. The massage therapist told me she couldn't hear it and had tuned it out. Needless to say I did complain and was given a 20% off coupon for my next service. Pedicures are $70 and there isn't anything special. It took me 5 different visits before I found a great overall nail tech, Vera. I'm sure they mean well but there really isn't anything spectacular here. Such a bummer...I'm heading back to Gadabout. more

Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa is a nice place to go to when you want to get away from the rest of the world. It is a place where you'll be pampered from head to toe. They offer manicures, pedicures, massages, haircuts, and facials (among other things). With the facials, you will notice and feel great results, but after the next few days, your regular complexion surfaces. The manicure, you can get cheaper some place else. There are many services that are priced 2-4 times more other places/salons, but if you have the money, and it's burning a hole in your pocket, make an appointment. This place offers services that are comparable to other places. Had I not received a gift certificate for this place, I would have never gone. For a haircut alone was $50. The Foothills view was very nice, but you had to pay a price for it. Granted, this IS a name brand place, so they charge name brand prices. This is a place you would go to if you have $$$$$. Nice place, but the prices aren't too kind to your account. more

I just love pampering myself at the Red Door. It is such a classy place with top-quality service. This is the epitome of Foothills living and there is a great view of the mountains from inside the spa. The decor is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. The prices are pretty high but it sure is worth it! The ambiance inside is just so relaxing. more
