I really like East Valley Auto Air & Repair. I had brought in a car that I wanted to purchase from one of my friends and they did a very thorough inspection of it for me. They were very helpful and gave really good advice about what other cars were in the industry and how to find a good one. They went above and beyond with my needs. Tamra is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The prices were good and I would only recommend them! more

Helpful and reasonable 3/26/2014

East Valley Auto Air & Repair does everything on my car and my mom's car. They do all the overall repairs for us and anything else that goes wrong, we go to them. They know what they're doing and are really honest about everything. They don't try to steal your money!. Tamra and Dean are friendly, nice people as well. more

East Valley Auto Air & Repair rebuilt my air conditioner in my van and it was a tremendous job. They had to do a lot of work since it had to be taken apart twice to get all the rust that was inside cleaned out. They really did a fantastic job. This was my first time using their services and they were recommended to me by someone else. I'm happy that they got my AC working, which is a real plus living in Arizona. The vehicle was there for 10 days, and they did whatever they had to do to finish it in time. They did a fine job, and I have already recommended them to others. more

Honest & hard-working individuals who went above & beyond 3/18/2014

In regards to the service I received at East Valley Auto Air & Repair, they did a great job and left me thoroughly impressed. During the process they found some loose hoses that needed replacing as well that was unknown to me and changed them out with no extra charge just because they wanted me to be safe. I feel that they give you a great value for your money and are very trustworthy when it comes to the service they perform. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need in the area. more

Working with East Valley Auto Air & Repair was easy, successful, and efficient. 3/13/2014

I found East Valley Auto Air & Repair through the internet and I liked their website, so I called and made an appointment with them. I arrived at the set time, they took my ideas and requests, and all of the work was done in 20 minutes. Everything was great. The customer service lady was helpful, and the service guy was very helpful as well. They added coolant for my air conditioner and fixed all the leaks. I was very pleased with their service, especially for something that I found online. more

Would definitely recommend them 3/12/2014

We had to take our SUV to a different air place but the car was still stalling when we turned on the air so I called East Valley Auto Air & Repair, spoke with Tamra, and she was super nice on the phone. She talked to her husband about what's going on and told us to bring it down the next day. They took us right in to find out exactly what was going on and had an answer for us, as opposed to, giving us the run around. They figured out the problem and were extremely nice. I would definitely recommend them. more

Excellent 1/4/2014

Thank you Augie.We had an ignition problem.He promptly got the parts and got us in the next day to fix it.It took him less time than he quoted and so the bill was less.We have dealt with East Valley before and both times we could not have been happier.We are so pleased to have discovered East Valley Auto! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE. HONEST. RELIABLE. 12/9/2013

We take all our vehicles here for repairs. Unlike many repair shops, they only do the work that NEEDS to be done and do not try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. They charge a fair price and take the time to make sure you are happy with everything. We will continue to take are vehicles here and would recommend them to anyone. more

I brought my vehicles to East Valley Auto Air & Repair for all kinds of service. They take of anything mechanical that comes up with my vehicles. They're very honest with their recommendations. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They're clear about their pricing. There's never a surprise with what I owe them in the end. They're very conscientious to call me up if something comes up with my trucks or cars. They always return my vehicles when they say they will. The mechanics are super clear about what's going on. I've had nothing but good experiences here. That's why I keep going coming back. more

Great service excellent experience! 8/21/2013

My 2006 dodge was leaking freon. Took it to 5 places! Not naming names here but anyways 3 "technicians " said it was the blend door. 1 said it was the compressor (big bucks!) and yet another said he found the issue yet passenger side was 90degrees! You could imagine my frustration. Finally a friend of mine recommended EV auto air and repair. They diagnosed the problem and the same day had my truck back to me. I was beyond happy. Excellent communication great service and very fair price. HIGHLY recommended. more

Great service-went above and beyond on my older car 7/24/2013

East Valley Auto was very friendly and receptive when I called them. We had to buy after-market parts for an older car and they were the only shop to go after those parts for us and work on it. They let us bring our parts in and really work with us. Their willingness to give us rides and take us to work or home was helpful and they were able to give us an emergency service when we needed it right away. more

All the work East Valley Auto Air & Repair has done for me has been good, period. I've had them do oil changes, an AC repair, and a recent fuel pump replacement for my Jeep. It's just all been a fine experience. more

Competitive pricing, good work 7/18/2013

My 1996 Jetta sounds like its grinding so I have been going to East Valley Auto for all my AC and servicing on my car. They always fix it and I am having them change out my fuel filter for deisel and radiator fluid on another car I own. Their pricing is competitive and they consistently do a good job. more

East Valley Auto Air and Repair usually have some cheaper rates. They're very friendly and helpful. They'll work around your schedule. I've been a customer for around a year. They most recently did an inspection for me on my vehicle. He got the diagnosis for me and we're going from there. They're very friendly people and very helpful. They have some good rates. more

They stand behind their work 7/12/2013

East Valley Auto Air and Repair have done a lot of work for me. I've been a customer for about a year and a half. The last job they did for me was brakes and shocks on a 2000 Chevy Silverado. Everything turned out perfect. It was ready when they said it would be and the workers had done a great job. They're very accommodating. If you have issues, they try to deal with it. My wife left her cell phone in the car one time we brought it in. They called us and met us nearby to pick up her phone. I trust their diagnosis and I trust the work they they do is going to be good. They stand behind it. more

EXCELLENT!! 6/14/2013

After I drove around for a week with no air conditioning (when it was 108 degrees outside). I just couldn't do it another day. I figured it was going to be something major because when I did turn on the air - I could tell the compressor made the car shake. Took it to these amazing people after I researched online. They checked it over and it was a $35 switch which goes to the compressor. In and out within 45 minutes with cool air. They are a family business and truly not interested in upselling but fixing the problem. Worked out so well that I went home and got my daughter who was told by a not so nice place that her car needed a new compressor $1200. They fit her in with no appointment and guess what - the compressor was fine - it could be a leak in a hose - but no $1200 to fix. These guys are honest and hard working for all of us!! I would highly recommend them and will tell all of my friends. more
