East Valley Auto was very friendly and receptive when I called them. We had to buy after-market parts for an older car and they were the only shop to go after those parts for us and work on it. They let us bring our parts in and really work with us. Their willingness to give us rides and take us to work or home was helpful and they were able to give us an emergency service when we needed it right away.
