How a restaurant survive at the same place about 20 years? I think the quality of the food is most important. East Garden always provide high standard food and serives for me.I love their food, especially hot & sour soup and general tso's chicken. more

This is a very nice take-out place. They also deliver, which is a nice convenience. The food is excellent, and they will do special orders for you as well. Always service with a smile, and the owner has a talent for remembering familiar faces even if it's a long time between visits (or if you mostly have it delivered!) In my family we have very varied tastes - one seafood lover, one who likes pork and beef, and a vegetarian. We all have several favorites at East Garden Chinese Restaurant, and it's one of our favorite places. Something for everyone, GOOD food! I highly recommend it. Special for their healthy food menu, we all love it. Good Food!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Consistently Good Food at a Reasonable Price 3/25/2009

We have done take-out from East Garden for the past six years. We have placed small orders, family size orders, and catering size orders for large events. East Garden has consistently provided good food without errors and without delay. EG runs a pretty clean kitchen which is visible from the front counter. Knock on wood (or a plastic keyboard), we have never seen crawling critters in our take-out bags or gotten sick after eating their food. Based on their consistency of providing good food without any hassles, I give them 5 stars. more

Good meatless dishes 1/14/2007

Chicken dishes (and other meats) have skinny slivers of over marinated meat which seems to be the norm with local chinese restaurants. No texture or flavor. Non-meat dishes are very good. Courteous service and delivery. more

East Garden 7/15/2005

This is an ok take out place, though they do have extremely limited seating inside. They offer the typical Chinese food that you would expect to see at any other Chinese restaurant, but their facilities are reasonably well kept and maintained. Their prices are about average, and they give you a fair amount of food for what you pay for. It’s nothing special, but they are ok for delivery. more
