Dryve cleaners (especially the Poplar Avenue location near White Station) is notorious for losing clothing.\r
I dropped off three items of clothing here the very first time I went, and they lost it. I was told a variety of run-around stories, including that there was no record of my clothing being dropped off. Fortunately I had kept the ticket, so then I was told that someone else had picked up my clothing, but they did not have a record of who. I kept calling and putting pressure on them to find or reimburse me for my clothing and they finally ""found"" the clothes a week later (2 weeks after I dropped them off), but only after I had lodged a complaint with a business organization. They then made me PAY full price for the clothing after I asked for a discount because of all of the problems and they REFUSED to give me a discount. To top everything off, when I got home and removed my clothing from the plastic they had RUINED my silk sweater. Dryve cleaners does not even deserve one star. My best friend had a similar experience here where she thinks that they were trying to steal her clothes. I would highly recommend NOT to ever go to this dry cleaners.
Cons: Lost clothes, ruined clothes, very unreliable
