they ruined an $80 Calvin Klein cardigan. there were huge holes all in in when i picked it up. the woman working there said ""oh yeah, there was a pull in it when it was brought it so it was already damaged when we got it so they probably won't do anything about it""
a.) if there was a pull in it, it was not noticeable, as i had been wearing it that day.
b.) if there was a pull in it, why are there now huge holes ALL OVER IT as the result of your dry cleaning process?
c.) if it was already ""damaged"" why was i not informed that i was dropping off a damaged item and they would not be liable for further damage to it?
the clerk then informed that someone would call me 'within a couple of days'...that was over 2 wks ago and i've not heard from them. when i try to call the listed number, i get a fax machine. so now i get to take time out of my busy day and physically go up there and talk to these fools, so they can tell me ""sorry, don't come back.""
DO NOT USE DRYVE CLEANERS.
