Horrible Service, Dirty Beds 4/29/2010

The place is dirty, the employees working are horrible and don't clean the beds well enough. They give no refunds and they have horrible customer service. They encourage you to give feedback, but they obviously only want to hear positive. Any negative feedback is not taken too well. I bought a long term package and out of 4 of my visits 3 times I had a dirty bed. The place is just unprofessional and they don't really seem to care that much about their customers. I tried to get my money back and I was unable to do that. I would just recommend that you take your business elsewhere! Let me save you some money! Dolphin Beach has really friendly staff that will help with any questions or ploblems. They always greet and ask how the customer is doing. They are clean, have prompt service. I sometimes request specific bed and they will place me there. Plenty of parking, The only thing is the price of the lotions. I find if you buy lotions online its almost always atleast 75% cheaper. My $30.00 lotion at Dolphin Beach was $9.50 online. I think this is all salons though and not just this business. Pros: Friendly staff, easy to get to and park. Quick, variety of tanning options. No apt needed. Cons: The price. Can't buy sessions. Must be member. Not fans in all rooms more

Well Trained staff with clean equipment 2/28/2009

I have been tanning with this salon for over 3 years, since I came to OSU. In the time I have been here I have seen great improvements. The salon was recently remodeled and it looks great. I always find someone working how is willing to go the extra mile for me. Everything here is top notch, no other campus tanning place can compare! Pros: friendly staff, clean equipment, parking lot available, lotion selection, right on bus route Cons: older salon, not in the best neighborhood to walk to more

BOOOOOO...there service stinks!!!! 3/15/2008

THIS TANNING SALON SUCKS...THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE RUDE AND TREAT PEOPLE POORLY!!!!! THEY SOLD ME A GIFT CARD IN DECEMBER AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO USE IT....IT DIDN'T WORK!!! LONG STORY SHORT...THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. THIS COMPANY SIMPLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER BUT INSTEAD THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THEY MAKE OFF OF YOU!!! BOOOOO DOLPHIN BEACH...THE MANAGEMENT IS UNTRAINED, INEXPERIENCED AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!! PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, PAY THE HIGHER PRICE OR DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO TAN SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! more
