Disney Paradise Pier was first built as the Emerald Hotel, then sold and became the Pan Pacific Hotel. When Disney changed their parking lot to become Disney California Adventure theme park they bought it because it was right across the street. You can get a view room and watch the World of Color right from your room, very cool! \r
I actually prefer this hotel to the other Disneyland hotels, and it is the least expensive.\r
