I'm certainly satisfied with Dish Network. I've had it for over two years, and there have been some minor disturbances. It took them a little longer than they originally said for the installer to come, but when he did finally call and set up a time he actually got here about 3 hours early. If it's rains or snows really hard I do lose my signal temporarily, but that doesn't bother me any more than the crappy picture my old cable gave me with the same weather. The picture is much clearer and I like the choice of channels that are offered. I've had no problems with billing and no other customer service issues since having it installed.
