Dick Hannah Honda

We live in Dallesport Wa. 90 miles east of Dick Hannah Honda. We had been looking for a vehicle for 2 weeks both locally and in Portland. All we had been getting was overpriced vehicles with pushy sales people. I saw a vehicle on Dick Hannah's website and put in a request for more information. I was amazed on how quickly it was that I received a phone call from Scott Doyle. We set up an appointment to see that vehicle and look at some others. When I arrived Scott was there and able to help me right away. We found Scott to be very courtious and helpful in every way. There was no presure from him and he was willing to help us look over any other vehicle we wanted to. We not only purchased that vehicle from Scott but also purchased a used Ford Ranger. We were very pleased with our experience with Scott and Dick Hannah Honda and would recomend them to anyone. Everyone there was nice polite and easy to work with. more

Flawless. In a word that describes my recent interaction with sales executive Saeed Anwar at Dick Hanna Honda in Vancouver. He was terrific. I felt no pressure, my questions and concerns were addressed openly and expertly, he presented the vehicle with a professional thoroughness and attention to detail that was refreshing and he was attentive to my point of view during negotiations. The one glaring glitch in my experience had absolutely NOTHING to do with Saeed. I strongly objected and was incredibly disappointed in the manipulative tactic used by management to attempt to re-negotiate the price after I had struck a deal with Saeed. This is a tired, yet all too predictable, practice that a smart, sophisticated,savvy dealership should not employ. People...we consumers aren't stupid...we see what you're doing. Stop it and show some respect, not only for us but for your front line sales force. Empower them to make the deal and stay out of it. Saeed should have been able to take my check, shake my hand and send me away, happily motoring off in my new-to-me Honda Element. Instead, I dealt with smoke and mirrors, slight of hand, hand wringing and lots of paper shuffling...and ended up paying what I had originally agreed upon as a sales price. Why put the customer through such nonsense? I expected more from the management at Dick Hanna Honda after my wonderful buying experience with Saeed. Shame on you big boys for reaffirming the stereotypical car buying fiasco. more

I was very happy with the customer service that I got from Honda overall. The sales person, SAEED, answered all my questions with patience, gave me options, and expailend all the features of the cars thoroughly. I was very impressed. He was very understanding about my concerns. Saeed made me think one more time that there are really very honest sales people out there. I liked Betty Ramachandran from the start. My husband and I have been to see her quite a few times over the past years. We hit it off right away. She is always helpful and tries her best to find a vehicle that we not only like but also qualify for. She had quite a challenge with the latter part. We don't have perfect credit and that never once deterred her from doing the best possible job she could to find me an SUV that I qualified for and also liked. I am very pleased with how hard she looked even though She didn't have alot of leeway when it came to finding something I could afford. I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CRV from Hannah and can't say enough good things about the experience. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous, especially the salesman with whom I worked - Jason Carter. After spending a good deal of time negotiating with me very fairly (and I wasn't easy!), the purchase was finalized and I was a very happy customer. Then, even though the business had closed for the day at this point, Jason spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the car and answering my questions, never rushing me so he could get home to his family. I purchased a Honda Accord from Saeed Anwar Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Dickhannah Honda. Never knew that I will ever get such a remarkable treatment at a car dealership. Saeed made sure that i understood the whole process and also his product knowledge was excellent. All my questions about the vehicle and the accessories that i was interested in were answered right away professionally. He did not play the games and looked me in my eyes and gave me direct answers rather than typical I don't know let me find out answers. I bought a 2008 KIA Sorento. After 400 miles the cab started leaking and the car quickly filled with standing water (rain). It took a week for the dealership to get my car into the service department and it still wasn‘t fixed correctly. So, I asked the dealership to take the car back and get me into a new one. General manager Rachael Smith said she can see what she can give me as a trade in. I was sick! I then took the car into Dick Hannah HONDA to see if they could help me. The sales associate Jason Carter was not only empathetic he spent the entire afternoon working with the finance manager Joe Carter to get me out of the joke I was stuck with and into a reliable vehicle that I could be proud of owning and paying for... The entire staff at Dick Hannah Honda went above and beyond to help me. Associates Jason Carter and Joe Carter not only relieved me of a tremendous burden they made sure I was thoroughly informed about my choices, satisfied with the transaction, and comfortable with the terms. They put me in a Honda Ridgline; same terms as the KIA. Dick Hannah Honda basically swallowed my loss. I cannot adequately express my gratitude.
