Spoke with the GM today and he addressed my concerns. Maybe I got them on a bad day... a misinformed quote that wasn't corrected until I arrived, new software, and a team who are still adjusting to their new Negotiation Free style of selling. I'm not thrilled with the process but at least they are making positive changes from this mess. I'm cautiously optimistic.
