Hello I was helped by Chris ward when I came into look at cars and he said it wouldbe good if i could write a review for the store. I liked him and he was vry helpful for me. he is so nice. I don't know much about cars and he was patient. i would say not everyone there was as nice as he was but it was still good place to shop for a used car. Chris manager was nice too. I couldnt buy the car because my credit is not great but i will come back to see Chris Ward another time. I liked working with him alot. more

I was surprised with the with the customer I recieved as soon as I walked onto the lot. Chase immediately made me feel at home and was more than willing to listen to me about what I was looking for no matter how long it took me. He didn't try to force me into a car I wasn't interested in or didn't care for. He found me the perfect 2008 Subaru Legacy. Chase is my car salesman from here on out! more

My family and I stopped in the other day to look at the different models and options for the new Honda Pilot and Honda Odyssey. We were met by a warm smile and a friendly greeting from Joe Lowry. He answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain in great detail all the ways that Honda could meet our needs. We have 3 beatiful children and a black Labrador Retriever that we are training as a seeing eye dog, and we could not bear to lose any of them, so safety is huge for us. He also went over your customers for life program, and I was very impressed with how Dick Hannah is really trying to go out of his way to take care of their customers. We are still in the research phase right now, but when we are ready to make a purchase, we will only work with Joe Lowry. You should be proud to have him as a part of your sales staff ! Hello, My wife and I came into Dick Hanna Honda the saturday after Christmas. Jason Carter helped us purchase 2 vehicles, he was courteous and very helpful. We received real customer service from him and he was not pushy or condescending. Jason helped us locate and decide what vehicles we wanted to purchase and was helpful with suggestions and ideas after asking us questions as to what we were looking for. Somedays things just happen for a reason. I was over at Dickhannah honda getting my vehicle serviced and just was browsing through the showroom. A friendly face said hello who I guess was the sales manager ( i found our later) and this guy Saeed Anwar stopped to get some coffee. He offered to help me if I had any questions, first I thought I really don't need to look at anything right now because my vehicle has so much life left (honda). I asked him to show me what honda has to fit my needs and I felt like this guy just was listening to my needs and immediatly pulled up few vehicles. We had so much fun driving because I had one hour to wait for my vehicle to get done. Now i own a very beautiful new car that I should have bought last winter when we all got stuck in snow. I am not very experienced when it comes to buying a car and going into it I was a little afraid. As soon as I walked onto the lot I was put at easy with Chase, the salesman. I had thousands of questions going thru my mind and really wasn't sure what I was looking for. I had heard from many people car salemen were impatient and not understand. He didn't mind answering any question I had, and really listened to the little details that I would mention. In the end he found me my perfect car and made sure it was the one I wanted. These guys bet every other dealer in northwest region in pricing of our new Honda SUV and also drove us 3 hours with family to their dealership when we purchased our new car last week. They were absolutely charming and no regrets yet. The finance guy was little overwhelming on selling extended warranty but that's was Ok to deal with. The document fee and title fee were very very reasonable and our sales guy was excellent (gave their best price straight over the phone). My girlfriend Anne found hereself in need of a used car when her van died last Saturday. At first she wanted to fix the van, but the price came out to be around $4k just to fix the problems the van had wrong with it. I got Anne to brainstorm what she wanted before we even started looking at ads. She came up with less than 70k in miles, $10,000.00 for a price, 5 passanger, had to be a Toyota Camry or Corolla (corolla perfered), get 30 miles per gallon and a $200.00 a month payment. Right off Anne found a Corolla online at a dealership in Salem, by where we live, a blue Carolla for $12,500.00 with 91k in miles on it. I reminded her yes it is your color of blue but it doesn't meet anything you brainstormed you wanted. Tuesday night 11/10/09 she searched and searched for a car and couldn't find what she wanted. The next morning 11/11/09 I searched online and pulled up Dick Hannah Honda. There it was a 2003 Toyota Corolla, 43k in miles, 5 passanger, 31 city and 39 highway, for $10988.00. We had things to do in Portland that day. I called Dick Hannah and spoke with Bert he told me he would be at the lot until 8pm and the car would be waiting for us to look at. We live close to 80-100 miles from Dick Hannah Honda. We went to our appointment and from there we went out to Dick Hannah Honda. We got there at 6:30pm and the car was there waiting just like Bert said it would be. The car had to be brought back to the Honda dealership from the Portland one it had been taken to. Anne and her son walked around the lot while I went off to find Bert. I found him right away inside and in less than 5 minutes he was helping us. We took the car for a test drive, came back to the lot. Anne and I spoke for a moment and even though it is Silver in color she loved the car and wanted to take it home. Bert and Ang helped us get everything Anne wanted. It was such a pleasure and easy.
