Denny's

NEVER NEVER GO. The last time I went to a Dennies was 2 years ago. Stopped going because of the BAD SERVICE. Thought I would give them a 2nd chance, Very Bad choice. Waited 50 minutes for our order. Asked for a side of spaghetti sauce, The sauce was stone cold, like it just came out of the refrigerator. The spagheti noodles stuck together and were cold. My granddaughter ordered steak and eggs. The stake looked like it was 3 days old and had no taste. Ordered hash browns got french fries. Complained to the manager about the wait, his responce was, ""The cook is having a bad day."" REALLY. The waitress started to argue with me abouit the food being cold sayinf ""Ijust picked it up."" I asked her ""WHY ARE YOU ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER?????"" No come back to that. more

Do not go here, this place is so bad you will not have a good experience dining at this denny's. I dined here a year 1/2 ago when someone was shot and passed away inside the denny's. It must be still be haunted because the service is still so bad till this day. Should have kept it closed after the shooting. This Denny's is not only dirty (table's never properly cleaned.) It has the most horrible service there is. You have to wait an hour to recieve your food on top of that when you recieve the food taste like its been sittin for a week. The worst Denny's ever, Operated by people from the slum. This Denny's has the Worst Service. I arrived there around 11p.m friday april 10th. I waited 20 minutes before being helped The server finally brought my drink around 11:28pm. Afterwards I waited another 20 minutes for him to come back and take my order. The food did not reach my table till an hour later. The waiter had mentioned that they were short staffed. I was furious. After all the waiting if i had known that i would have went to shari's restraunt a couple blocks down. This place has Poor Service Does not live up to normal denny's standards. If I could I would give it 0 stars. more

My children and I decided to forgo cooking breakfast and instead have some pancakes from an old staple... Denny's. Having travelled across the U.S. in a business capacity, I can say Denny's is usually pretty consistant. This restaurant in Kent, WA is far below even the Denny's standard. The waitress wasn't busy but took over 20 mins to take our order, when the food arved it was cold and took a whopping 29 mins to cook apparently, and our drinks weren't refilled until I went up and grabbed the coffee myself (with an uproarious applaus from the other customers). Over, this restaurant lacks any redeeming qualities. We even had to wait 10 mins to pay our bill!! I have contacted the management and was finally called by the regional manager but she hasn't followed up on her promise to refund our meals. Pick another place if you have the chance. Cons: Service, Food, Service more
