My children and I decided to forgo cooking breakfast and instead have some pancakes from an old staple... Denny's. Having travelled across the U.S. in a business capacity, I can say Denny's is usually pretty consistant. This restaurant in Kent, WA is far below even the Denny's standard. The waitress wasn't busy but took over 20 mins to take our order, when the food arved it was cold and took a whopping 29 mins to cook apparently, and our drinks weren't refilled until I went up and grabbed the coffee myself (with an uproarious applaus from the other customers). Over, this restaurant lacks any redeeming qualities. We even had to wait 10 mins to pay our bill!! I have contacted the management and was finally called by the regional manager but she hasn't followed up on her promise to refund our meals. Pick another place if you have the chance.
