Price is about average. Service is okay, if you get one of the owners. The quality is about average. The reason I use this place? They do all the work on-site. Before I went over there I called and asked pricing. I went over and dropped everything off and told them to dryclean everything, please. I told them my husband is allergic to laundry detergent. I picked up the clothes the next day and half of the shirts and pants were laundered and the other half dry cleaned. That was the first thing. The next thing was the price of the drycleaning was double the price quoted to me on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and just talk to her. I explained it was not the price but the principle of getting over charged. INstead of fixing the problem she told me repeatedly I was wrong (which I wasn't and gave her the price quoted to me) and I pointed out that my husband was allergic to laundry detergent and I asked things to be dry cleaned ONLY! She never said she was sorry about the mix up or offered a credit or anything. They are just an extremly rude company and if you want your clothes done correctly then DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
