David's Bridal

I went to davids Bridal on Nov 14, 2011. I was running late for my appointment called they were really nice about me being late. From the moment i stepped in the door i was happily greeted and helped.A quick form to fill out. I was informed about special services like photoghraphy and tux rental and discounts on all the services if I purchased through them. The orignal bridal consultant they had scheduled was runnign late with another bride. I got Beth .. she asked alot of questions really listened ( one thing....she was still helping another party). they pulled all my dresses ! Big bonus they actually had all the ones i wanted to try on! Prices were reallly cheap. I liek to add i went to the Alfred angelos in whte hall the experience was awful. Davids service was great. more

I went to David's Bridal on Saturday August 13 with my Sister, her daughters, my daughter and my niece's future sister in law and future mother in law. I have to say that the experience was very nice. My niece had a 10 am appointment. She had already seen several dresses on line. Our consultant, Salwa, got those dresses plus a few others that were close to the one that she liked. She had her find her shoes, and got the slip, strapless bra, etc. She assisted my niece with all of her dresses. She picked the first dress which was the one she really loved. Then Salwa got the brides maid dress book and let the girls see what was available. They then found the dresses on the racks. They found one that looked good on all four of the young ladies that are her attendants. My sister was also able to find dresses for the flower girls as well. So in a little over two hours, the bride had her dress, my sister took it home with her. The bride maids and flower girls all had their dresses ordered. Will let you know in the future if there are any problems with fittings, etc. But today was a wonderful experience for everyone. more

I visited Davids Bridal today. It was the first time I was trying on any wedding dresses. I also had a few of the bridesmaids along so that they could try on as well. Although I didn't have an appointment they were very friendly & welcoming and I received a personable sales associate. She took the list I had made (looked online prior to arriving so I had an idea of what I wanted). She told me to look for a pair of shoes to ware while she gathered my dresses, bra, & slip. She was kind enough to allow my mother-in-law to be in the dressing room to help me change (I'm not too big into changing in front of strangers). She was very helpful with pointing out things that would look good with my body type. While I was trying on a few, she started gathering from my list the bridesmaids dresses. She told me of the ones they didn't have in stock and of the ones that wouldn't come in the color I had chosen. She found sizes that were close to my bridesmaids and if they were too big she pinned them up so they would fit close to appropriatly. more

Unfortunately I went against advice I was given, went to David's Bridal and fell in love with a dress! The sales lady that helped me pick out my dress was wonderful, after that day, nothing but a nightmare. First they measured me, the dress came in and didn't fit, they told me that I should have ordered 4 sizes bigger! They would have loved for me to pay those alteration fees. One more size prolly would have done it, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. They did alterations and added a corset back to the dress, I went to pick it up, it was too big, the dress was lop sided from their 'hemming' and there was a black stain on the dress! There alteration pricing is ridiculous, the alterations ladies are usually rude and the cashier that I had to deal with everytime I was there was rude! The customer care/service there is horrible! more

WARNING TO ALL DAVIDS BRIDAL BRIDES! DO NOT USE MJS/LINDELLE PHOTOGRAPHY THEY RENT SPACE IN THE DAVIDS BRIDAL STORE. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY SENDS HORRID PHOTOGRAPHERS THAT RUIN YOUR ENTIRE DAY AND NEVER DELIVER PICTURES! DONT BE FOOLED LIKE ME! 11WEEKS STILL NO ANSWER NO PHOTOS! Trying to get any help is like trying to find a davids bridal corprate email address! its NON EXISTANT! I trusted this company because davids bridal is affiliated with them and they screwed me and many many other people. SEE FOR YOUR SELF GOOGLE MJS PHOTOGRAPHY RIP OFF! I originally went to Davids Bridal for a fitting, because I was ordering on of their online dresses. I noticed that the girl who was doing my measurements did them completely the wrong way. I went elsewhere, and got the correct measurements. If I had followed the sizes she had given me I would have ended up with a dress 2 sizes too big!!! Cons: knowledge, service more
