I have been practicing Dahn Yoga for 3 and half a months. \r
Before joining I had a lot of pain in my shoulders from long hours on the computer, and for about two weeks I had tension headaches every night. After the first class my headache went away and I was able to sleep through the whole night.\r
Now I feel more relaxed everyday and even if I have a hard day at work I can always go to the center to release my stress.
