Cutters Point is 60 year old dilapidated complex and a rotten example of what an "apartment home" is supposed to be. If there was a truth in advertising law they would have to call them "craphole apartments". If you can afford a little more then you will be smart to try some place else. Google "Cutters Point Apartments" and you will get all the reasons to look elsewhere. Buyer beware. Pros: Ghettofabulous, leaky ceilings, busted toilets, Cons: Kids peeing in the parking lot, smelly garbage dumpster more

this would be my second apartment,,, i chosed it because it was close to my parent's house and my job. i never would have thought a place could or would be so quite. they were fast with my paper work. i just wish they would be fast to get me another dryer or fix this one so it dont have 10 hrs to dry. i would recommend this place to everybody,. other than that problem the place is perfect! I love it!!! Pros: price of rent, quite, no crawlers and great office staff Cons: takes for ever for them to fix my dryer that wont heat more
