Too pricey for me 4/18/2006

Curves for women is absolutely fantastic. They make a horrible long hours of exercise into a short thirty minute workout and that ends up really working for many people that I know. I even went in to consider working there part time. The problems with Curves are that many people get there at the same time, i.e. office lunch break hours, and (my usual complaint) i can't afford them. Anyone else?? more

Great for someone who doesn't exercise. 10/26/2005

I found the circuit training/exercise to be a little too easy for me. I am used to gyms that offer aerobics and weights. This one you work on 8 machines for 30 seconds and walk or jog on a platform in between for 30 seconds. You do this 3 times and then end up with stretching. If you want easy or mild exercise then this maybe for you. I very much doubt that you could lose a lot of weight on this scheme. It would be good for toning. more
