Great for someone who doesn't exercise.

I found the circuit training/exercise to be a little too easy for me. I am used to gyms that offer aerobics and weights.
This one you work on 8 machines for 30 seconds and walk or jog on a platform in between for 30 seconds. You do this 3 times and then end up with stretching.
If you want easy or mild exercise then this maybe for you. I very much doubt that you could lose a lot of weight on this scheme. It would be good for toning.
