We recently purchased a 2008 Tundra free of any body defects except for a small crack in the wind shield. Which they replaced, but in the process of the replacement the body shop at Sun toyota put a small dent in the bumper which is very noticable. They would not fix the bumper and told us it was our problem. Beware of particular Sales person that lies to make the sale. he told us there were day lights and later after the sale found to be not installed.He Lied to us.

What an awesome staff you have working at your store,not only polite but very and professional.I Richard Barham of New Port Richey Fl. purchased a 2002 Harley FLHP1 .Salesman Scott Pilman was most helpfull in my choice to purchase the Harley FLHP1.Scott was extremel knowledgeable about the bike, he had all the answers to my questions.

Last year we purchased a used Kia optima 2002 from Hyundia of New Port Richey. It was a great deal and they assured us of all the warranties. Sure enough they have up held their end of the bargain. On a recall we took it to Friendly Kia of New Port Richey. They were first class with their attention and service. This week we received an invitation to visit Kia. Today (Sat Aug 5th) we went to Kia and was met buy a salesman in the parking area. he was all smiles and started trying to sell us a vehicle. He took us in the showroom and the hard sale came. Sue did not like his attitude when she told him she was not interested at this stage. His attitude completely changed. he just turned his back and walked away. They had invited us there and for just attending they were to give us 10 golden dollars. They told us they had no more left. It was only for the first 75 customers. It was not the dollars but the attitude. Kia you have lost yourself a future customer.

My Father used to come here for oil and change and I followed suit. These guys are good at their jobs and are always helpful. If I am in trouble with my car, I go here first. I even ask their opinion as to where to go if the problem is something that they don't handle. I recommend them highly!!

This is an excellent dealership with great salesman.
When my husband and I first went in it was just to look. We ended up buying a new car. A few months later my husband decided that he preferred an SUV, so we upgraded. They gave us such a good deal that we couldn't refuse.
Then a few months back my husband suggested I change my car. I had no plans to, but walked out with another vehicle.
If you go in, ask for Robert, and say Len and Sue, the English couple, sent you.

I have been impressed with this dealerships' service department. We own two Hyundai vehicles and have them serviced there. They have always had the vehicles back to us when they said they would. They have a very clean service department. They also have a clean play room for the children and free popcorn if we choose to wait for the vehicle there.

Last year I woke up to a flat tire on my car - I scanned the yellow pages for a tire place and my neighbor recommended these people. I need a tire quickly but cheap so I called them....they had my tire in stock so my mom brought me down there = they put the new tire on the rim within 10 minutes of me getting there and it was redicously cheap - although it was a used tire, it looked brand new. Excellent service, good people, and great prices. We've been back there twice since for tires and highly recommend them
