Review content:
I enjoyed the saving of 20% off some of my favorite products. Of course it was very crowded. A couple of weeks ago I was driving through Lake Mills and saw a sign for a sale at the Aveda salon there. I stopped and went in. They had staff a the door (one on each side) greeting the shoppers with a smile and a shopping bag to put the goodies in. They also had a number of staff floating about asking if they could help the shopper find thing in and among the crowd. A bit of customer service with a smile would have been very nice. Crimson did have a girl behind the counter who did go and get things, but it was very hard to get to her or get her attention, more staff on the floor spred out would make for a more pleasent shopping experience.
