Where do I start. The staff is too busy browsing the internet to help anyone. Talking to you Jon. When you ask for help they roll their eyes. When they are pulling stock from the back it takes forever. Oh the stuff I have bought is crap. I still need to take my stuff back because it is broke and have to go through the same ordeal. What a pain in the a$$. more

Computer Geeks is Outrages!! 9/27/2009

You are kidding right!! Don't ever purchase everything needed to build a P.C. from Computer Geeks at one time. Its been 5 months and 3 MB's, 2 cases, 2 HD's later,(the 3 items I have not had to replace are the CPU, RAM, and Video card), I still don't have a fully functioning P.C.The MB I finally ended up with, a cheap Biostar is incompatible with the video card with HDMI that was originally purchased, therefore NO AUDIO. This is due to Geeks tech/customer service and their refusal to test their own equipment without charging you $50.00. For documented proof e-mail a_fact@hotmail.com. Also, over a dozen trips, a minimum of 2 hours of time and fuel costs erased any savings from shopping at Computer Geeks. more

Awesome Computer Store 10/15/2005

Computer Geeks is great! In-store or online, computer geeks has the best deals on the best products. They often have these midnight online sales which are awsome because you save a lot and it is shipped the next morning! I received my package in 2 days from order. The crew is very knowledgable and they know what they're talking about. Weather you need, advice, computer parts, or a whole new computer, this is the place to go. more
